Target Level & Seniority: Senior Engineer / Production Quality Anchor (5–9+ Years)
Our client is a rapidly expanding premier semiconductor engineering services and hardware manufacturing anchor based in the Delhi-NCR corridor.
Key Professional Responsibilities:
- Architect, program, and deploy highly automated test methodologies and patterns for physical silicon units emerging from production lines utilizing Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
- Lead wafer-level sorting (Wafer Sort), final structural chip package quality tracking, and systematic diagnostic failure analysis to catch raw material manufacturing defects.
- Analyze production batch yield statistics, isolate root-cause manufacturing drift anomalies, and partner with foundry partners to continuously optimize line yields.
- Characterize post-silicon physical performance metrics using lab equipment (Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers) to validate hardware tolerances match initial laboratory simulations.
Core Technical Competencies Required:
- Manufacturing Test Engineering: Automated Test Equipment (ATE) configuration, Advantest V93000 or Teradyne UltraFLEX architecture programming.
- Quality Operations: Wafer Sort execution, high-density packaging diagnostics, Failure Analysis (FA), Yield optimization metrics, and statistical process controls (SPC).
- Laboratory Validation: LabVIEW automation, digital oscilloscopes, and hardware logic analyzer configurations.
